Highway safety marking spheres

Product specification
Glass beads represent chemically inert, amorphous vitreous mass that does not react with: water, hydrochloric acid, calcium chloride and sodium sulfide.
The dust released upon applying glass beads on the paint for road marking does not contain any free, crystalline, chemically unbound silica SiO2 and it does not pose any hazard to roadmen or environment.

  • Highway safety marking spheres offered by Polmineral display technical approvals granted by the Road and Bridge Research Institute and CE Certificate issued by LGA Bautechnik GmbH.
    They also meet requirements of PN EN 1423:2000 standard and POD – 97 Technical Requirements.

    Packing:
    25-kg bags placed on a wooden pallet and wrapped with heat shrinkable foil.

    Applications:
  • thin-layer markings (various types of paints with glass beads applied on top)
  • thick-layer markings (thermoplastic and cold plastic).
